The nanobubbles created bymarbb miniare characterized by their use of compressed air to generate fine bubbles. Because the bubbles are negatively charged, they attract and remove positively charged impurities. This high cleaning power allows for the removal of not only styling products but also residual chemicals adhering to the hair surface, simply by rinsing with water. This enhances the effectiveness of treatments and hair color.

The graph on the right shows how much the hair swelled (swelling rate) when immersed in tap water andmarbbnano-bubble water. It can be seen thatmarbb has a swelling rate approximately 17% lower than tap water (company research). By suppressing water absorption into the hair, drying time can be shortened.

By not over-hydrating the hair (hydrophobic technique), there is room for treatments, colorants, perm solutions, and other hair care products to penetrate the hair. This allows these products to absorb into the hair, which is expected to enhance their penetration.
