In this case, we will provide the individual with information regarding the personal information protection system in the relevant foreign country, the measures taken by the third party to protect personal information, and other information that should be provided for reference, in advance.

When The Company provides cookies, user identifiers, or other personal related information to a third party, and it is foreseeable that the third party will obtain such personal related information as personal data, The Company will provide it after confirming that the individual's consent has been obtained, etc., in accordance with the Act on the Protection of Personal Information.

The Company may create statistical information or analytical data by processing acquired personal information so that individuals cannot be identified, and may provide this to advertisers or other third parties that post advertisements and coupons for the Company's products and services through dashboards or other means. This data does not identify specific individuals, and its creation and provision do not constitute third-party provision of personal information.
Article 4: Entrustment of Personal Information
For the purpose of providing better services in our business operations, we outsource part of our work to external parties within the scope necessary to achieve our objectives. This includes tasks such as mailing guidebooks and newsletters, accepting and processing payments for products and services, and system operation and management.
When outsourcing business that handles personal information, we will select an outsourced company that is recognized as handling personal information appropriately, and we will stipulate necessary matters for preventing leakage of customer personal information through appropriate management and confidentiality in contracts, etc., and ensure appropriate management is implemented.

Article 7 Handling of Information Transmitted Externally (Cookies, etc.)
When providing our products and services, we may transmit information recorded on the user's device (such as cookies and user identifiers) from the user's device to external parties.

Article 8 Handling of Location Information
When providing our products and services, we may obtain the user's location information with the user's consent.

We will send you an application form.
When mailing your application to our company, please use a method that allows confirmation of delivery, such as registered mail. Also, please write "Personal Information Disclosure Application Enclosed" in red on the envelope.

(3) Method of Responding to Requests for Disclosure, etc.
Regarding requests for disclosure, we will, in principle, disclose the information by the method specified in the application form, but if disclosure by the requested method is difficult, we will notify you to that effect and disclose it in writing. Regarding requests for notification of the purpose of use, we will respond in a reasonable and appropriate manner. Regarding requests for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, deletion, or suspension of provision to third parties of the content of retained personal data, we will, in principle, respond by postal mail or email.
(4) Purpose of using personal information obtained when requesting disclosure, etc.
The personal information acquired in connection with requests for disclosure, etc., will be used only to the extent necessary for the disclosure, etc., request. The submitted documents will not be returned. After the response to the disclosure, etc., request is completed, the documents will be appropriately managed and disposed of.

Please be aware that disclosure may not be possible in cases based on laws and regulations or in the following situations. If a decision is made not to disclose, we will notify you via email or other means, stating the reason.

However, separate fees may be established for personal information held that requires special disclosure methods or for records of provision to third parties. *There is no fee for requests for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties. *We will notify you if the fee is insufficient or if no fee is enclosed. Please enclose all necessary application documents and fees again and mail them to the Personal Information Management Office. If you do not resend them, your request for disclosure, etc., will be considered as not having been made. *We cannot return the postage stamps you send, regardless of the reason for non-disclosure, etc.
Article 10: Security Management of Personal Information
Our company takes the following safety measures against the risk of leakage, loss, or damage of personal information.
(1) Organizational safety management measures
We have appointed a manager responsible for handling personal information and operate our personal information protection management system with this manager at its center.
We have established regulations regarding the handling of personal information for each stage, including acquisition, use, storage, provision, and deletion/disposal.
We conduct periodic audits of the handling of personal information.
(2) Human Safety Management Measures
We conduct regular training sessions for employees on the handling of personal information.
We have employees sign a non-disclosure agreement when they join the company.
(3) Physical Security Management Measures
In areas where personal information is handled, we implement measures to manage employee entry and exit and to prevent unauthorized viewing of personal information.
Measures are taken to prevent the theft or loss of equipment, electronic media, and documents that handle personal information, and when carrying such equipment and electronic media, encryption or password control is implemented.
(4) Technical Security Management Measures
Access control is implemented within the systems and services we use, ensuring that only the minimum necessary personnel can view and use personal information.
We have introduced a system to protect information systems handling personal information from unauthorized external access or malicious software.
③ Our company handles access analysis information sent externally at Google LLC, located in the United States. Therefore, we have grasped the personal information protection system in the United States and implement security measures based on this understanding.
When outsourcing personal information to a third party, we establish selection criteria for subcontractors, conduct evaluations based on those criteria, and then enter into a confidentiality agreement.
When handling personal information in foreign countries, we implement security management measures after understanding the personal information protection system in that country.
